Sarah Wild is Headteacher at Limpsfield Grange School, a residential school for girls aged 11-16 with communication and interaction difficulties, most of whom have a diagnosis of autism.
Sarah kindly agreed to be interviewed when she attended the National Autistic Society Professional Conference in 2017.
In this video, Sarah discusses how single-sex schools can benefit autistic girls, how best to support them in the classroom and how to prepare them to transition out of school.
