If you would like to speak to a Parent to Parent emotional support helpline volunteer, please fill in the form below. A trained volunteer will phone you back as soon as possible to offer confidential telephone support. The service is extremely busy at the moment and we may not respond to your call as quickly as we would like. We aim to call you back within a week of your initial call, but this might not always be possible. We will return your call as soon as we possibly can.
It would be helpful for you to let us know when is a good time to call you, and for you to be aware of incoming calls from numbers you do not recognise over the coming weeks.
Our volunteers will try calling you up to three times; if you have been unable to answer the phone each time, we will request that you get back in touch when you are more likely to be able to answer a call.
When you talk to one of our volunteers, everything you say will remain confidential unless there is good reason for us to divulge information. For example, child protection.
