About the event
Join us this December for an unforgettable evening of music, celebration, and impact at the annual Starshine concert, our spectacular end of year event dedicated to building a society that works for autistic people.
This year, we’re turning up the volume with a brand-new venue: the stunning Church House Westminster. It’s the perfect setting to reflect on the incredible achievements of our charity and the unwavering support of our community.

- Stunning live performances from the EC4 Music Choir, guaranteed to fill the venue with a festive cheer.
- Inspiring readings and talks from our incredible President Jane Asher and special celebrity guests including Timothy Bentinck, Sophie Winkleman and Clive Francis.
- Exclusive raffle prizes up for grabs, only available on the night! With fantastic prizes for all age groups, there’s something for everyone.
- Bar service available from the moment doors open and during the interval.
- Browse our merchandise table on the night, where you will be able to purchase some of our merch and keepsakes to support the cause.
- A quiet space will be available throughout the evening for anyone who may need a moment of calm or a break from the festivities.
- On the night, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a set of Christmas Tree Stars! We invite you to write a personal message in loving memory of someone who has passed or in honour of someone special. These will be proudly displayed on our Starshine Christmas Tree at the venue, and you’ll also received an engraved wooden star to home as a meaningful keepsake to cherish for years to come. Stocks are limited, so to avoid disappointment, purchase your star in advance and collect it on the night. How to sign up
To book your place(s), please choose whether you would like to sit downstairs or upstairs.
Once you buy your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this with you on the day as this will serve as your ticket to enter the event. If you are booking on behalf of a group, please try to arrive at the event together so that we can check you all in at once.
Important arrival information:
There are two official entrances to access the venue; however, please note that the Dean’s Yard entrance will be closed and entry to the venue will not be possible from that location. To ensure a smooth arrival, all guests should use the Great Smith Street entrance detailed below.

This entrance is step-free and fully accessible for wheelchair users and anyone requiring accessibility support, so you can arrive with ease. If you happen to arrive at Dean’s Yard by mistake, don’t worry - security will be on hand to guide you or redirect any vehicle drop offs to the correct entrance, which is just a short 3-minute walk away.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the entrance at Great Smith Street and inside the venue is accessible with lifts and accessible toilets available. Ushers will be present on the evening to assist guests and ensure a smooth arrival for everyone.
Can I purchase multiple tickets?
Yes, you can add multiple tickets for your friends or family in the shopping basket.
I’m no longer able to attend the carol concert. Can I receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds due to the carol concert being a charity-based event. Your tickets will go towards the charity’s services and paying for the venue.
Is on-site parking available?
There is no on-site parking, but nearby public parking facilities may be available. Please check and plan your journey ahead of time if you are planning to drive to the venue. If arriving by car or taxi, we kindly ask that you use the Great Smith Street entrance, detailed below:

1.Ticket Purchases
a) I agree to pay a non-refundable ticket fee of £20 (upstairs seating) or £30 (downstairs seating) to the National Autistic Society (NAS) to secure entry to the Starshine carol concert 2025.
2. Health and Safety
a) I understand that all ticketholders attend the event at their own risk and agree that, as far as they are aware, are suitably fit and physically able to attend. I understand that the participant is solely responsible for acting on doctor’s advice and the National Autistic Society shall not be held responsible for any injury or illness that may be caused as a result of the event.
b) I understand that each participant is responsible for their own actions whilst attending the event. The National Autistic Society accepts no responsibility for the actions of the attendees nor the consequences of such actions. This continues to the attendees’ personal belongings; they are brought and stored at their own risk and the National Autistic Society accepts no responsibility for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen at the event.3. Images and footage
I hereby agree that images or footage taken of me on at the event may be used by the National Autistic Society in future promotional material including our websites, social media and charity magazines and reports, unless stated otherwise. (If you are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian can contact the National Autistic Society on your behalf: events@nas.org.uk).
4. Cancellations and Withdrawals
a) Except in exceptional circumstances as determined by the National Autistic Society, I understand that all ticket payments are non-refundable and may not be deferred towards a future event.
b) I agree that through signing up to this event I am representing the National Autistic Society and abide to the charity’s values. The National Autistic Society reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticketholders that are poorly representing the charity’s values or who are believed to be fraudulent. The National Autistic Society will not be liable in any way to costs associated with the event that may be lost due to the rejection.
c) I understand in the event that the National Autistic Society is forced to cancel the event or change the date for any reason the National Autistic Society will inform each ticketholder as soon as possible. Ticketholders can claim a refund of their ticket purchase price, however they must notify the National Autistic Society in writing within 15 days of the NAS sending notification of the event cancellation. If the event start time or other details are altered, the National Autistic Society will inform participants and update the National Autistic Society website and no refund shall be granted.
d) All ticket payments that are not refunded will be treated as a donation to the National Autistic Society.
