TASSCC provides a service for children with learning or communication difficulties, which can be helped by using computer technology. We do assessments, give advice on educational technology and organise CPD training sessions on educational hardware and software. Pupils 3-18 years whose education is paid for by Aberdeen City Council may benefit from additional technology to assist with reading, writing/recording or accessing the curriculum. Also pupils aged 0-19 with little or no speech may benefit from technology to assist communication. A TASSCC referral is usually done through school.
