Specialist outreach services in South Wales for people aged 14+ with a diagnosis of autism or Asperger syndrome. Provides individual support which suits each person's requirements and helps them to live as independently as possible. This support may be offered to people in: supported living accommodation; a sheltered housing scheme; the family home; the community; a university, college or other educational setting; the work environment. The service can also offer support to small groups with reduced staffing levels.

Covers: Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Torfaen, Vale of Glamorgan
