Milestone is a school for pupils with profound, severe and complex needs. The school has an assessment nursery in Longfield, Kent for 30 children. The main site is for pupils from Reception to 19 years. The school has primary, secondary and further education departments. It receives additional funding for pupils with autism. The school is committed to supporting pupils within their families. Outreach service is provided for families. Advice, support and training is provided for mainstream schools in meeting the needs of pupils with autism as well as a service for individual pupils with autism in primary or secondary schools.
