We are proud to share that MotionInput Football Practice, a new accessible football game, is now available to download for free.  

The game has been developed through the ongoing collaboration between Sybil Elgar School, UCL Computer Science and MotionInput Games. 

Using a standard computer webcam, MotionInput Football Practice recognises the player’s movements. This means they can reach, step, kick and score without needing to use a keyboard, mouse or conventional controller. 

Students and staff at Sybil Elgar School took part in the development process by testing different ideas, giving feedback and helping the team to undertand how MotionInput technology could support participation in autistic classroom settings.

How to try it at home 

You will need a Windows computer with a webcam. 

1. Open the Microsoft Store. 
2. Search for MotionInput Football Practice. 
3. Download and open the game for free. 
4. Make space in front of the webcam. 
5. Press play and join in at your own pace.
