Understanding neurodiversity in the workplace

This course supports employers to increase their understanding of neurodiversity and neurodivergence and the adjustments that neurodivergent employees may need in the workplace.

About the course


This course is specifically for employers who want to ensure that line managers, HR teams and employees in general have a good understanding of neurodivergence and how to adapt their practice in the workplace.

Training details and timings


This course is delivered between 9.30am – 3.30pm including breaks and lunchtime.

Our interactive training provides delegates with access to our courses in a learner friendly and accessible way. Your training will be delivered by one of our experienced and knowledgeable training consultants, using a combination of PowerPoint presentation, videos and discussion to support learning. We schedule regular breaks into all our sessions. 

 

Live online courses are delivered using Microsoft Teams 

Delegates will be sent joining links and handouts prior to the course. We have approximately 25 delegates on each group, and we try to be sensitive to individual adjustments that people may need, including cameras being optional and using the chat function for interactions. 
 

Face-to-face courses are delivered at a venue of your choosing 

Electronic handouts are provided in advance for printing. We have approximately 30 delegates on each group.
