Thank you for your interest in becoming a National Autistic Society Licensed User. This form asks for information we need to process your enquiry.

Please fill in all sections of this form. Some sections ask for information about your organisation and others sections focus on yourself and your existing knowledge and experience in autism.

In order to apply to train and become a Licensed User of our EarlyBird, EarlyBird Plus and Teen Life programmes, you need to have:

• A good understanding of autism/previous autism awareness training
• At least two years' experience of supporting autistic children of the relevant age for the course you are applying for

In order to apply to train and become a Licensed User of our Essential Autism and Autism and SPELL courses, you need to have:

• A good understanding of autism
• Undertaken previous autism training
• Have a minimum number of years' experience in supporting autistic people (three years for Essential Autism & five years for Autism and SPELL)
• Experience of training/workshop delivery

This needs to be demonstrated in the application below. Please include any additional information that you feel will support your application.
