We hold a number of groups, please click on the links below for more information. We also occasionally hold seminars and workshops which are facilitated by specialist professionals.

All of our events and activities are individually risk assessed.  Please note that compliance with the rules associated with each of these is every attendee's responsibility.

Monthly Dance Fit session for Adults

Every first Tuesday of each month 11am - 12 noon

Berwick Sports and Leisure Centre, Northumberland Road, Tweedmouth, Berwick, TD15 2AS

Join us for a Zumba based class, using easy to follow dance workouts made up of a variety of styles, or join for coffee afterwards from 12 noon.

Duke of Edinburgh

After piloting a group of neurodiverse girls through their Bronze, Silver and Gold awards, they attended a celebration event at Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh. The new Bronze group have finished and are all ready to start their Silver award.

We offer Duke of Edinburgh with adjustments being made to suit the group and a chance to get to know like minded individuals.

Understanding Autism for Families

One day course to help families understand autism in a positive way.

Autism Friendly Forest School

Sensory Garden

Created in 2018 by the branch it can be viewed when visiting Howick Hall Gardens.
