On Saturday 24th July 2021 the Exeter and District chair Penny Palmer attempted the gruelling 100km South West Coast 2 Coast challenge. Her sponsored walk was to raise money for the National Autistic Society.

She had just completed the hardest part of the Ultra Challenge, including the 4,500ft climb and an amazing 33k before she was advised to pull out for her own health and safety. The heavy rain meant that the whole walk was very tough going. Well done Penny an amazing achievement and you raised £495!
