Training support for London Marathon runners
We’re proud to offer a comprehensive package of training support to all National Autistic Society London Marathon runners, designed to help you feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout your training journey - whatever your experience level.
Free access to the Coopah training app
From July onwards, all NAS runners receive free access to the Coopah app, which provides bespoke and adaptable marathon training plans tailored to your goals, ability, and schedule. You’ll also have a point of contact for any specific training questions or support you may need along the way.
Expert training webinars
You’ll have access to five pre‑recorded training webinars hosted by Coopah and James Thie, Team GB Running Coach. These sessions cover key areas of marathon preparation, offering expert insights to support you at each stage of your training.
In‑person training day (London)
In early 2027, we’ll be hosting a free, in‑person training day in London, delivered by Coopah and James Thie. The day will include:
- A live training Q&A
- A guided training run with James
- Guest speakers from the National Autistic Society
It’s a great opportunity to learn, train, and connect with fellow Team Autism runners.
Team Autism Strava group
You’ll also be invited to join our Team Autism Strava running group, giving you the chance to connect with other NAS runners, share progress, celebrate milestones, and stay motivated as part of a supportive community.
