Main information

Type of service: Local groups

The NAS Exeter and District Branch originated over seven years ago with a Parent Carer support base. We now meet in the Function Room at the Royal Oak pub in Okehampton Street in Exeter (68 Okehampton St, Exeter EX4 1DY)

We run three groups a month: Adults on the 3rd Monday of the month, Parents/Carers on the 3rd Thursday of the month, and a second Parents/Carers on the 1st Friday of the month. (These are term - time only).

Young people from the age of 13 years can attend our adults group as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult. Children are welcome to both of our parent/ carer meets, but remain the responsibility of their parent/carer. We provide a selection of toys for the children.

During the summer holidays we try to arrange days out for all groups and these will be announced in advance on our social media pages. We also have an annual Christmas lunch meet up with all groups.
