The National Autistic Society (NAS) Autism Helpline provides impartial, confidential information, advice and support for people with autism spectrum disorders, their families, professionals, researchers and students.  

• The cost of the call to the Helpline will differ depending on your service provider. Calls from mobile phones may cost more.
• Offers an interpreting service in over 120 different languages to callers using landline telephones in the UK.
• Minicom service: 0845 070 4003.
• Email enquiry service: visit www.autism.org.uk/enquiry and complete the online form.
• Postal service: Autism Helpline, The National Autistic Society, 393 City Road, London, EC1V 1NG.
• We aim to reply to all email and written enquiries within 14 working days.

Autism Helpline: for people with ASDs and families Our Autism Helpline provides impartial and confidential information, advice and support to people with autism (including Asperger syndrome), their families, professionals, researchers and students. Helpline advisers are able to talk about autism and related issues, including benefits and help from social services, in depth. Autism Helpline: service for professionals, researchers and students The Information Centre provides a range of information services of interest to professionals and students including a free enquiry service, information packs for different professions and information sheets on specific topics.
