Hertfordshire Additional Needs Database is a voluntary register of children and young people aged 0-25 in Hertfordshire, with additional needs or a disability.
As a member of HAND you receive …
• An online SEND newsletter with local and national updates, stories and notification of a variety of activities
• the opportunity to join our online community for support and updates
• an e-card which may entitle you to concessions at some leisure venues
• Some families have told us they have used the HAND card worldwide.
As a HAND member you also have the chance to have a say in the planning of services when we ask for your views, or you can email us anytime.
To join HAND you need to live in Hertfordshire and be aged 0-25 with an additional need or disability.
Just complete the online application and download your card.
