Jack Howes
Jack is a Philanthropy Manager at the National Autistic Society, raising money and managing relationships with individual donors and charitable trusts.
Jack is autistic himself, getting a diagnosis aged 19 after dropping out of university. He joined the National Autistic Society in 2015 and has now worked in fundraising for over six years. Along with working at the National Autistic Society, he has co-authored a research paper into the experiences of autistic people at university, spoken publicly about autism and his own personal experiences, and has written for various publications on topics ranging from autism to football and even cricket.
He is delighted to be hosting a discussion at the Professionals’ Conference and talking from an autistic perspective about how to help society not just become autism friendly, but truly adapted for the needs and desires of autistic people.
He is a lifelong Tottenham supporter with a season ticket for Spurs’ men’s and women’s teams.
