Job opportunities
We work with employers including AMS, BT, HMRC, IBM, Nando’s, Veolia, Visa, Zara and more to create training and job opportunities and to support candidates to access those opportunities through:
- Autism and employment related workshop
- Recruitment support and interview guidance
- On-boarding and reasonable adjustment support
- Ongoing 1:1 job coach support for the employer and employee
For tips on writing CVs and Cover letters, please sign up for our free e module, Finding Employment.
Current roles from employers we are working with are below, with details of how to find out more, and apply.
All of our employers who advertise their opportunities here, are working with us to make their processes and practices more inclusive and accessible for autistic candidates, and for this reason it will be most helpful for you to state your connection to autism on your cover letter and application.
If you are offered a role from one of our employers, you will be agreeing to us working with you and your employer, and to us supporting you to effectively disclose any helpful reasonable adjustments.
