We can help with a range of questions related to autistic children and adults including benefits advice.

How does it work?

Our advice line is run by our family support workers. When you call the advice line leave a message, with your contact details, or email and one of our family support workers will reply to you.

What can't we do?

The Northern Ireland advice line cannot:

  • advise you on legal issues
  • advise you on medical issues
  • advise on education rights see more on our education rights service
  • offer a counselling service (we do maintain a database of counsellors who may be able to help you)
  • advise you about conditions which are not part of the autism spectrum.
