Camping Trip 2017
The Helen Allison School has recently had their annual camping trip to Stubbers Adventure Centre. This year was a huge success and all of the students thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The students had to spend three days with staff away from home, and for some students this was the first time they had ever spent away from their parents.
Everyone had an amazing time! They took part in a range of different activities: archery, kayaking, canoeing, climbing and grass sledging which they all took part in and really enjoyed. All students were able to particpate in activities they had never done and conquer their fears.
Staff were completely amazing for giving up their time and making sure that the students had a great experience. The camping trip will happen again next year and we are going to make it bigger, better and even more enjoyable for students!
Thank you to everyone who helped make the camping trip possible.
