There are over 700,000 autistic people in the UK. This World Autism Awareness Week we are asking you to walk, run, cycle or swim 7k over 7k days. That is 7 kilometres in support of the 700,000 people living with autism. You will be receiving support from our team with training tips, encouragement and fundraising ideas. We will be your virtual cheerleaders every step of the way!

There is no minimum fundraising target, so we just ask you to raise what you can!

How to record your 7k

To send in your completed distance, just take a screen grab of the run, walk, cycle or swim that you did and send to caroline.rees@nas.org.uk - as long as it amounts to at least 7k, you will have completed the challenge!

  • Strava is our suggested tracking app, where we have set up a special 7k for 700k group

There are many other tracking devices that you can use, such as:

Visit our 7k for 700k Facebook page to speak to your fellow participants and to find out what they are using! This is a great place to share support, stories and fundraising tips too.

7k fundraising page

We have created a 7k for 700k specific fundraising page, to help you with getting donations! It’s a great place to share your story and useful to have on your social media.

Thank you for doing something incredible for the 700,000 autistic people in the UK.

We look forward to virtually cheering you on!
