Membership is a great source of information, support and inspiration for us and our son.

How do I renew?


You’ll need to be signed into the website before renewing your membership online. Once you've signed in, click on join now as if you’re joining as a new member. Once you get to the registration form, please provide your membership ID to indicate that you’re renewing. You should find that the form already contains your contact information. You will then need to work through the form to set up your membership payment.


Call our Supporter Care team on 0808 800 1050 and a member of our team will process your renewal. We can take renewal payments by credit or debit card, or you may wish to set up a direct debit. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Visa Electron, Solo or American Express over the phone. If you would like to pay by cheque, we will send you a form to complete

Direct Debit

To set up a Direct Debit, please contact our Supporter Care team on 0808 800 1050 or complete our online form (please follow the 'online' instructions above to do so). If you set up a Direct Debit, your membership will be renewed automatically each year. Setting up a Direct Debit also allows you to claim a discount on your membership subscription, which means our charity can save money on printing and postage costs.
