For over 50 years, we’ve been the UK’s leading autism charity. And every year we make sure over 100,000 people get the support and understanding they deserve.

As part of our team, you’ll be helping autistic people do things they never thought they could, while gaining priceless experience and enjoying great benefits too.

Learning and development

We offer a fantastic induction programme and learning and development opportunities. We provide a full induction and training programme, regular one to ones, annual appraisals, and the support you need to develop and progress your career. If you are working in one of our schools or services we'll also tailor your learning to make sure you have all the skills you need to support people with autism.

Flexible working

Many of us work flexibly. It fits in with our family or other commitments. Please talk to us about your preferred working pattern.

We often advertise for bank workers – people who work on a team when they want to. There are no fixed hours and you’re free to turn down work when it’s offered. So it’s perfect for parents or students looking to work a few hours a week, or anyone wanting to try out a new career.

Our bank workers get the same training opportunities as our permanent staff, and there’s always the chance to take on a permanent role if a suitable vacancy comes up.
