School life

desk white board

At Helen Allison School we recognise that our pupils’ life at school should be fun, engaging and provide as many opportunities to build independence and be part of the wider community.

We are always visiting the local community on school trips, visits to the shops or sports clubs and sometimes overnight trips. Pupils get involved in a variety of extracurricular activities, including the clubs we run in the school such as our gardening club, football club and Wii club.

Our library is a great resource for our pupils to build on their school work or enjoy some personal reading, as well as a place for members of the wider community to access information about autism and education.
