You can run 5K, 10K, a half-marathon or a full marathon with us (or you can walk them if you want... we won't tell). Whichever event you choose, we're sure you'll have a fantastic day and feel a real sense of achievement. We'll support you all the way.

You'll also find details of fundraising walks in this section - great for family days out or for those who fancy taking things a little more slowly.

5-kilometre runs
Fun, achieveable events for runners of all ages - whether you're in peak physical fitness or not!

10-kilometre runs
Ten-kilometre events are great fun for runners of all ages and abilities - enjoy a rewarding day out and help raise funds for people affected by autism.

Half-marathons
Some of the most popular running events in the UK are half-marathons such as the BUPA Great North Run. Follow this link for details of the 10-mile BUPA Great South Run too.

Marathons
It's the ultimate active challenge: a 26.2-mile run that will test your endurance, and give you a fantastic sense of achievement as you cross the finish line.
