Prospects is The National Autistic Society employment and training service for people with autism and Asperger syndrome who wish to work.

Our aim is that people with autism and Asperger syndrome should have the same training and employment opportunities as non-disabled people.

Prospects - supporting individuals

We provide work preparation programmes, job finding support, interview support and employment support. For people in further or higher education, we can offer a student support service.

Prospects - supporting employers

Prospects can help you with the recruitment, training and retention of staff with Asperger syndrome. Prospects employs a team of specialist Employment Consultants who provide professional advice, support and training to managers and their teams. Our specialist knowledge puts us in a unique position to address the issues that arise in the recruitment and employment of people with Asperger syndrome.
