Anxiety can be a challenge for many adults and children on the autism spectrum. It can have unsettling physical and psychological effects and can be very isolating. There are different causes for anxiety and people vary in how they react and cope with it.

This conference will help professionals develop their knowledge and understanding of anxiety and how best to support autistic adults and children experiencing mental health difficulties.
