The NAS adult service is based over five different sites just outside Neath offering residential placements for 27 adults, an off-site day service facility, and Lonlas Horticultural Base. |

| Befriending |
|
Befrienders spend a few hours each week with a person with autism or Asperger syndrome or their family. Befrienders can help break the wall of isolation for families and individuals whose lives are affected by autism. We match volunteers to families and individuals who have something in common. |
| Volunteering as a Befriender |
|
Befriending offers the opportunity for a one-to-one relationship between someone directly affected by an autistic spectrum disorder or a family member and a volunteer befriender. |
