Are you looking for research participants?

If you are a researcher at postgraduate level and beyond and seeking participants, we may be able to advertise your appeal for subjects on the NAS website.  (Undergraduates must refer to their local Regional Team who may be able to help them to find participants in their area - follow the relevant country's link within 'Autism Services and support' under 'Get help'.)

Every effort will be made to facilitate research proposals which will benefit people with autism.

Terms for advertising for research participants

  • We will:
    • require a copy of your ethical approval letter before we can advertise your research (we will contact you about this if required)
    • consider adding your research to the Research in Progress database
    • require that a written report is submitted to us after completion of the project.
    • Please note however, that due to the volume of expressions of interest in the area of autism research, if we decide that your proposal does not, for whatever reason, meet the criteria we have for engaging our members, clients and other stakeholders in assisting with research, The National Autistic Society reserves the right to decline your application without entering into correspondence.
    • By completing the form, you are agreeing to these terms.
