About the Thames Path Challenge

The Thames Path follows Britain's best-known river for 184 miles (294km) as it meanders from its source in the Cotswolds through to the bustle of London and the Thames Barrier. You can choose one of three distances: 25km, 50km or 100km – and you can choose whether to walk it, jog it or run it!

Starting from West London, this route takes you to gorgeous Hampton, then to the birthplace of the Magna Carta, Runnymede, before making your way to the riverside town of Henley-on-Thames for a family fun-day big finish! Join over 3,000 others of all ages and experience for an unforgettable challenge, giving you a weekend to remember. It will be rewarding, fun, and absolutely achievable with your resolve and determination!
