Our gold bond charity places are currently all filled! But don’t worry, you can still join #TeamAutism by getting your own place directly through the Tough Mudder website and completing our own place online form below.

Tough Mudder is an endurance event series in which participants attempt 10-12 mile long (16-19 km) military-style obstacle courses. Designed and created by British Special Forces to test mental as well as physical strength, obstacles often play on common human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights.

The main principle of the Tough Mudder revolves around teamwork; it is not a race, and completion as a team is the goal. Twenty-five per cent of people don’t finish Tough Mudder. Are you in that percentage? Prove your toughness, and do something amazing for autism.

For a taste of what it's like to take part in Tough Mudder, read Lisa Brown's vivid blog describing her experience as part of our 2016 team.
