Our charity is part of the Disabled Children's Partnership, a coalition of over 30 organisations that have come together to campaign for improved health and social care provision for disabled children, young people and their families in England.

Recent research suggests that as many as 69% of disabled children never receive support outside of their close friends or family. We want to make sure that if disabled children, young people and their families need help from social care or health, whether that’s getting diagnosed in the first place, speech and language therapy or short breaks or support, they are able to access that help.

To do that we need to make sure we understand what help children and young people on the spectrum and their families currently get, what they need and the impact of not getting that help.

If you can spare a few minutes to complete the survey, it would be very useful for us. Please answer all the questions and do so as accurately as you can.

You can respond to the survey here. All responses will be anonymous.
