It is nearly two years since the special educational needs and disability (SEND) reforms were introduced in England, and we want to find out how well the new system is working for children and young people on the autism spectrum.

We want to hear about the support that is available in schools and colleges, and what your experiences have been, both good and bad. These will help us tell how well the SEN system in England is working for children and young people on the autism spectrum, and to make recommendations for change.

If you are a parent or carer of a child or young person under the age of 25, please complete this survey, and help us tell the Government what needs to change.

We want to hear from young autistic people too! If you are under 25 and at school or college in England, please fill in this survey and tell us what you think.

We need to hear from you by 27 June 2016. Please do share this survey with other people who will find it relevant. If you have any questions about the survey, please email policy@nas.org.uk.
