The more you know, the more you can help people with autism live the life they want.

Which is why we’ll give you all the support and training you need to help autistic people make more breakthroughs, as well as develop your own skills and career. We take pride in the investment we make in all our staff's professional development.

Induction and support

We provide a full induction and training programme, regular 1-2-1s, annual appraisals, and the support you need to develop a career in social care

Qualifications

If you are in a support worker role, within your first 12 weeks with us, we’ll pay for you to complete the Care Certificate. It's essential for anyone working in health and social care. You’ll also have the chance to complete other relevant awards and diplomas, too. Many of our managers started in junior roles and have progressed following training.

NAS e-learning zone

We have an award-winning e-learning zone where you’ll complete most of your required training, and find additional courses such as time management and handling conflict. We’ll also tailor your learning to make sure you have all the skills you need to support people with autism.
