We aim to reply to all email and written enquiries within 14 working days. We receive over 35,000 enquiries a year, so there are times when our phone lines get very busy and you may not be able to get through immediately. Please try to telephone us again if you don't get through straight away, or use our online enquiry form.
The Autism Helpline is a confidential service which means that usually anything you tell us will be kept private and we won't tell anyone outside the Helpline. However, there are times when we have to break confidentiality. This would be if someone tells us about something very serious that we cannot keep private, for example if we feel someone is at risk.
