The service was very straightforward... When taking out insurance before, autism didn’t normally come up in specific questions asked. We just looked on the website, called, and were quoted in ten minutes. I spoke to my wife and we went straight ahead. Also, the member of staff we dealt with was very understanding and personable and we were happy with the price too! As well as all of this, when I read the policy wording, we could have access to translators in the event of a claim, which is something I wasn’t aware of and think could be promoted more. We were taking our autistic son (aged five) away on holiday and didn’t know how the journey would go and were apprehensive... so anything that takes the worry out of things has to be good.
