What if I win my own place in the official London Marathon ballot?

If you win your own place in the official London Marathon ballot, you can still run for The National Autistic Society and get all the perks of running with our supportive team. We would love to have you. All you need to do is fill out our form to let us know that you've got your own place and want to use it to run for #TeamAutism.

I've got my own place in the ballot

Eight reasons to run with #TeamAutism

The London Marathon is a massive challenge and we understand first-hand the huge commitment our runners take on for this event. So in return, we give you a support package that will see you through your training and the event, all the way to the post event celebration. This includes:

  1. fundraising materials and a downloadable planner to help boost your fundraising
  2. an online training zone, full of expert training tips, information on injury prevention and race nutrition
  3. access to our team training day in London with a qualified coach and a fundraising workshop
  4. a high quality charity running vest that you can personalise with iron-on letters
  5. a pasta party invitation, where you can join the events team and #TeamAutism runners in a carb-loading meal the night before the marathon
  6. support from our amazing autism cheer point to give you that extra push along the route – friends and family are encouraged to join in!
  7. a post-event reception at a hotel with massages, showers, food and photos. Again, friends and family are welcome
  8. and finally, our dedicated staff member, Rachael Lynch, who is on hand to answer any questions you may have.
