Taking part in a challenge event is a great way to fundraise for The National Autistic Society.

Distance: 26.2 km/16.1 miles (other distances also available)
Registration fee: £28.50 (sign up before 20 August) or £33.50 after this date
Minimum sponsorship: As much as possible
The Kilomathon (pronounced Kil-om-athon) is a 26.2km road race with up to 10,000 participants running through the streets of south London and Edinburgh. The routes will be confirmed soon.
Kilomathon is the perfect distance for anyone training for a marathon, anyone that has run a half marathon and is looking for a stepping stone to the marathon distance and anyone that has hit the wall at 18-20 miles but is still looking for a long distance challenge. Or the perfect race for anyone just looking for a new running challenge.
There is also a half Kilomathon (13.1km), 6.5km Kilomathon and mini Kilomathon (2.6km) taking place on the same day.
