Call our Autism Helpline on 0808 800 4104 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm) or our Parent to Parent support line on 0800 9 520 520.
Or call SANEline on 0845 767 8000 for out-of-hours support (6pm to 11pm). This is a national helpline giving emotional support and information to people affected by mental health problems.
